EVENT COVERAGE

Standard coverage starts at $500 and includes the first two hours; each additional hour is $200.

A nonprofit rate of $150 per hour is available with a minimum of three hours. This rate is only available to organizations with a 501 (c) (3) or 501 (c) (4) status.

 

PORTRAIT SESSIONS

The Mini (ideal for headshots) $200

• 30-minute one-location session;
• Location fees up to $50 when applicable; and
• Online image gallery (view, share, download high-res images)

The Standard (ideal for couples and families) $350

• On-location session (up to 1.5 hours, 2 locations);
• One location fee of up to $50 when applicable; and
• Online image gallery (view, share, download high-res images)

RETAINER SERVICES

If you, your organization, or business has at least five events within a 12-month period, a retainer agreement may be ideal. Under a retainer, your dates are locked in before other bookings are accepted. Retainer agreements also include exclusive rates.

A consultation is required to ensure we provide you with the quality service experience you deserve. During the consultation, we discuss whether our expertise aligns with your vision and needs. If we are an ideal fit, we will discuss available dates, location options, and, when applicable, photographer travel and accommodations. We also determine whether your session requires set design, professional makeup, or other services, which are provided at an additional cost to you. 

For wedding-day inquiries, our standard full-day coverage starts at $5,650.
